Job summary

Evergreen Crossing & Loft is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehab team. This full‑time role involves evaluating residents, planning therapy, and leading interdisciplinary care to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.

You will educate residents and families, coordinate with the rehab team, and support care continuity across multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's and/or a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen patients/residents’ medical charts and develop a treatment plan.
• Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on monitoring speech and practicing new skills, and assess swallowing safety.
