Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation in a SNF setting.

You will administer standardized speech-language assessments, perform swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while collaborating with families and the treatment team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred).
• Experience in SNF setting or long-term care environments.
• Experience administering standardized speech-language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
