Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.

You will demonstrate the skills to provide patient care, communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment team members, and administer standardized speech/language assessments while monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience conducting swallowing evaluations.
• Developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and team members.
