Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan SLP license in good standing.
• ASHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and provide appropriate treatment interventions.
• Help patients improve communication and functional abilities.
• Address swallowing and dietary safety needs as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with families, caregivers, nursing, and other therapy professionals.
• Participate as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
