Job summary

Concept Rehab in Lake Orion, Michigan is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexibility for clinicians who value collaborative care and patient-centered outcomes in a skilled nursing facility setting.

The position requires a Michigan SLP license in good standing and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; ASHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Michigan SLP license in good standing
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and care team members
• Work collaboratively with PT, OT, nursing and other healthcare professionals
• Provide quality, patient-centered care
