Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting seeks a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Woodhaven, MI rehabilitation team, offering flexible scheduling and meaningful patient impact.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life. PRN position with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan SLP licensure or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (Certification of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
• Help patients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
