Job summary

Concept Rehab in Adrian, Michigan is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and work with a supportive care team to improve quality of life.

New graduates are welcome to apply; Michigan licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Michigan license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with OT, PT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
