Job summary

Primrose Post Acute is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and coach staff in restorative care. You will document services, communicate with families and physicians, and supervise CFY or student clinicians in resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, possesses strong computer skills (Net Health, Point Click Care), and can work flexibly on a PRN basis in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state; ongoing licensure required.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY or students and coordinate with facility staff.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with policies and payers.
