Park Manor of McKinney is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to join our in-house rehab team in McKinney, TX. The role involves screening, evaluation, and providing rehabilitative interventions for geriatric patients in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• SLP license is required.
• New grads are welcome.
• Experience level open to all.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment per reg and clinical standards.
• Assist with standing/walking; lifting and repositioning as needed.
• Administer rehab procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients/families and coordinate with caregivers.
• Prepare discharge summaries compliant with reg and clinical requirements.
