Job summary

Legend Healthcare in Greenville, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative, medically necessary treatment for geriatric inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications

• Speech Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring regulatory compliance.
