Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for appropriate discipline: SLP.
• Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician's orders and professional practices.
• Develops an overall therapy plan of care including treatment and medical diagnosis.
• Documents observations, patient responses, and progress within specific timeframes.
• Completes all billing required on the date of provided skilled services.
