Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Evansville, Indiana. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to facilitate discharge and next-level care within a collaborative hospital setting.

Candidates should be licensed in Speech-Language Pathology, hold CCC-SLP or be eligible, and maintain BLS certification. PRN weekend and holiday shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAA/AASHA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
• State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Education

Graduate of an ASHA/CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program

Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)

State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology

Basic Life Support certification
