Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) to join our rehabilitation team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating swallowing disorders and communication impairments, developing personalized treatment plans and working within a coordinated care team to support senior residents.

This PRN position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license as Speech-Language Pathologist or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement therapy plans.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated care team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Provide one-on-one private treatment sessions with functional-focused approaches.
