Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) to evaluate and treat residents with swallowing and communication/cognitive disorders in a senior living setting. You will participate in care planning and deliver private, functional-based sessions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Set treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs based on a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
