Job summary

ProHealth Home Health is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide intermittent in-home speech therapy in Cartersville, GA. The SLP will operate under physician orders and the supervision of clinical leadership, delivering services to patients in their residence.

Responsibilities include completing initial evaluations, progress notes, and family instruction while coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and state license.
• 350 clock hours supervised practicum or in progress; 9 months full-time experience; national exam.
• Licensed in the practicing state(s).
• Two years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements full range Speech Language Pathology services as ordered by physician.
• Directs and supervises personnel as assigned.
• Performs initial history and evaluation; writes progress notes and reports.
