Job summary

MedSide Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve patients in the South Fulton area on a PRN basis. The SLP will provide skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients according to the physician's plan of treatment, evaluating and administering speech therapy modalities in patients' residences.

Requirements include graduation from an approved Professional Program, current Georgia licensure without sanctions, and at least one year of related clinical

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Professional Program.
• Current licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia.
• One year of related experience in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment.
• Evaluate, plan and administer speech therapy modalities/regimens as prescribed by a physician.
• Develop and restore function through rehabilitative speech therapy in patients' homes.
