Job summary

Eden Senior Care, LLC is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Edenbrook Lakeside, a skilled nursing facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role focuses on delivering therapy interventions tailored to each patient's condition and collaborating with the care team.

You will communicate patient progress to supervisors, assist with scheduling and daily documentation, educate families and nursing staff on follow-through programs, and maintain a safe, clean therapy space.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin SLP license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
