Job summary

Eden Senior Care in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitation services across our skilled nursing communities.

The role focuses on therapy interventions, patient progress communication, and coordination with the care team, with supportive leadership and competitive wages. Master’s degree in SLP and Wisconsin licensure are required; experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Position: PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
