Job summary

Paylocity is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN opportunities in a skilled nursing facility in Wintersville, OH.

You will join a collaborative rehab team in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting, evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to deliver patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes for a geriatric population.

Qualifications

• Evaluates and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborates with PTs, OTs, nursing and support staff for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ communication and swallowing needs in a skilled nursing facility.
• Develop and modify treatment plans aligned with functional geriatric outcomes.
• Support a collaborative rehab team in long-term and short-term care settings.
