Job summary

Concept Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN opportunities in a skilled nursing facility in Wintersville, OH. You will join a collaborative rehab team to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Work alongside PTs, OTs, nursing and support staff to deliver patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes for a geriatric population. This opportunity offers flexible PRN or part-time scheduling in a long-term/short-term rehab

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license in the state for the therapy discipline.
• Meet educational requirements for licensure.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing, and support staff to deliver patient-centered care for a geriatric population.
• Provide flexible PRN or part-time scheduling to meet patient needs and facility staffing.
