Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services in Waukesha, Wisconsin, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one therapy in an assisted living setting. Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans addressing communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing difficulties.

The role requires an active Wisconsin license, a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CPR certification, and strong documentation skills. CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions.
• Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
