Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services in Greendale, Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy in an assisted living setting. The ARR offers PRN scheduling with Net Health EMR documentation.

The role requires an active Wisconsin SLP license, a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and CPR certification. CCC-SLP is preferred, with geriatric care experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active and current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions.
• Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
