Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one therapy in an assisted living setting in Waukesha, Wisconsin. PRN position available.

The role focuses on evaluating residents, developing personalized treatment plans, and addressing communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Net Health documentation and collaboration with the care team are essential. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Active and current Wisconsin SLP license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions.
• Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
