Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services in Minnesota seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services in a senior care setting. The position involves working in person with both PRN and part-time schedules.

A successful candidate will communicate patient progress with the supervisor and care team, support families and nursing staff, and maintain a safe, clean work area within an ALF setting.

Qualifications

• Provide rehabilitation therapy as an SLP.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team.
• Instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
