Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN position at Jefferson Healthcare Center in Jefferson, Ohio. This role offers the flexibility to choose when you work while remaining part of a supportive team dedicated to quality care.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress to inform ongoing care. This role is on-site in Jefferson, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
