Job summary

Synergy Care, Inc. is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve residents in a New Port Richey, Florida location. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care within an Assisted/Independent Living Community and requires collaboration with a broader care team.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and either ASHA CCC or be eligible for CFY in accordance with ASHA and Synergy Care’s guidelines. State licensure or eligibility is also required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Active state licensure or eligibility where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist in an Assisted/Independent Living Community.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support resident communication and swallowing needs.
• Ensure compliance with ASHA and facility guidelines for clinical fellowship year activities.

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified PRN Speech Therapist Pathologist/SLP for our New Port Richey, FL location . We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. This location is an OP at an Assisted/Independent Living Community.

In order to be considered for this position you must have been awarded a master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders or will graduate with such a degree within the next six (6) months. You must have a current American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or be eligible for the certification process by following ASHA and Synergy Care’s guidelines for Clinical Fellowship Year experience. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Speech Therapist.
