Job summary

Synergy Care, Inc. seeks a PRN Speech Therapist/SLP for our New Port Richey, FL location within an Assisted/Independent Living Community setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC or is eligible to pursue certification, with an active state license to practice. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care, complete documentation, and support residents in therapy goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible per ASHA guidelines.
• Valid state license to practice Speech Therapy in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to residents in an Assisted/Independent Living Community.
• Collaborate with therapy team to develop and implement SLP plans.
• Document progress notes and communicate patient progress to caregivers.

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified PRN Speech Therapist Pathologist/SLP for our New Port Richey, FL location . We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. This location is an OP at an Assisted/Independent Living Community.

In order to be considered for this position you must have been awarded a master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders or will graduate with such a degree within the next six (6) months. You must have a current American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or be eligible for the certification process by following ASHA and Synergy Care’s guidelines for Clinical Fellowship Year experience. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Speech Therapist.
