Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in West Brookfield, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at the Quabog Rehab and Skilled Center. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$60 depending on experience and licensure.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, implementing evidence-based therapy, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support swallowing, speech, language, and voice goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or license eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment of speech, language, voice and swallowing using standardized tests and observations.
• Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and families.
• Documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in EHRs and charts; ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for integrated patient care.
