Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional (required).
• Current Respiratory Care License in the state they are working (required).
• NBRC credentialed (required).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.

Aufgaben

• Provide respiratory care via assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Perform ventilator care and airway management.
• Educate patients and staff on therapies and goals.
• Manage respiratory therapies per physician orders and adjust based on patient response.
• Serve as preceptor to new staff or students.
