Job summary

Community Health Network seeks a School Registered Nurse Ambulatory (RN) for the North Region. You will provide health services to students, manage medications, and support their physical, emotional, and social development within the school day.

You will care for students with chronic conditions, offer health education and refer as needed, while promoting healthy habits to strengthen learning. PRN availability requires at least three shifts monthly August through May and region-wide coverage.

Qualifications

• NLN/CCNE/ACEN accredited nursing program completion or 3+ years nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in Indiana (NLC) in good standing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, including pediatrics.
• Strong teamwork, compassion, accountability and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver health services to students to support growth and development.
• Provide health education and medication management in the school setting.
• Support learning by promoting healthy habits and overall wellness.
• PRN shifts minimum 3 per month Aug–May; float across the North region districts.
