St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse – SANE for our Forensic Nursing Department. This PRN position focuses on forensic evidence collection and compassionate care for victims and others.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a Kentucky SANE credential, a compact multi-state license, and completes required forensic nursing contact hours annually; one year of nursing experience preferred. Shift: PRN.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with a SANE credential from Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Compact multi-state license or eligible to obtain one.
• Annual requirement of 5 contact hours in Forensic Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic nursing assessments and evidence collection.
• Document injuries and events accurately for forensic purposes.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to patients, families, and staff.
