Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a PRN SANE Clinical Nurse to deliver trauma-informed, patient-centered forensic care to survivors of sexual assault across multiple hospital facilities. You will provide sensitive, culturally competent care and support access to specialized services through a flexible, self-directed schedule with on-call opportunities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and advocating for safe, ethical practice.

Qualifications

• RN license with 1–2 years acute care experience.
• Completion of adult 40-hour SANE training required.
• Willingness to travel among hospital facilities and respond to on-call needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing empathy, communication, and clinical judgment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence in nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate forensic care during critical moments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Utilize leadership skills to advocate for patients, mentor colleagues, and foster a positive work environment.
• Educate patients and families on health measures, maintaining cultural sensitivity and ethical standards.
• Prioritize and respond effectively to life‑threatening conditions, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Use nursing expertise to evaluate, administer care, and recognize complications in patients with varying acuities.
