Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, with flexible days, evenings and night shifts similar to the posting.

You will work with an inter-disciplinary team, maintain standards, and may serve as charge nurse as needed; requires MN RN license and ability to meet competencies; wage is $39.00–$48.00 per hour with weekend/holiday incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate license if NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team.
• Possess leadership skills; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.
