Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN invites a PRN/On-Call Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit, faith-based senior care team. You will provide individualized nursing care, collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team, and coordinate care across phases of care.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred, with an RN license in the state of practice. Various shifts are available, including night and weekend rotations with incentive pay for after-hours

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process; assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions across shifts.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
