Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a licensed RN for PRN/on-call nursing care. The RN uses the nursing process to provide individualized resident care and collaborates with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate outcomes.

Shifts vary (days, evenings and nights) with weekend rotation and holiday coverage. Earn incentives including $1.25 extra for weekend hours and $1.25 for hours from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota and maintains required competencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
