The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, Minnesota, provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of health and aging.

Responsibilities may include acting as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, quality care while adhering to state practice standards and facility policies.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the State Board where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.
