Job summary

Bella Home Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered home health team in the DFW area. You will deliver skilled nursing care, review care plans, and support families in their homes.

Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, administering medications, providing wound care, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. A valid Texas RN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems; Axxess HMR knowledge a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation for travel within the DFW area.
