Job summary

Tri County Home Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across Texas. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate nursing interventions to support optimal health and safety.

This role requires an active Texas RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred), and strong communication and interpersonal skills with reliable transportation for home visits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities
