Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX or multi-state via NLC.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• Two years nursing experience.
• Ability to exercise initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Performs initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments.
• Initiates and updates the plan of care as needed.
• Documents visits, progress notes, and care summaries.
• Coordinates with physicians, therapists, and family members.
• Participates in inservice trainings and adheres to policies.
