Job summary
Little Sisters of the Poor – Sacred Heart Residence in Mobile, AL is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on all shifts. This faith-based, non-profit organization provides exceptional, person-centered care to residents in a supportive environment.
As a PRN RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and document care in the EMR. Flexible scheduling and meaningful work serving the elderly are offered in a mission-driven setting.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Alabama.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Supervise and support CNAs.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Assist with care planning and regulatory compliance.
