The RN is responsible for applying the nursing process to provide individualized care and collaborates with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The position requires an unencumbered RN license and a nursing degree, with a Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
