Oviedo Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an RN for the FSED Maitland PRN role. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes and patient experience.

Responsibilities include pain management, procedures, documentation, patient education, and post-care guidance. Requires ACLS/BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, crisis intervention, PALS, and RN licensure with an associate degree.

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of employment start date.
• RN Registered Nurse credential required.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassess as needed.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other orders and documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests to deliver exceptional care and anticipates needs.
