AdventHealth Orlando East Orlando campus is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the wider medical staff to coordinate care.

The role requires Florida RN license and BLS, with 1+ year acute care experience preferred. English fluency, strong documentation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (required) and BLS certification.
• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent clinical documentation and patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective care; document outcomes.
