Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program with preference for CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred and valid RN license in the state.
• Possesses current licensure or multi-state licensure if in a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment and education, and delegate to licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
