A license in the practice state is required with a general commitment to quality and ethics. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and the successful candidate will demonstrate competency in age-specific care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Cares for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
