Job summary

Sanford Health's Hillsboro Long Term Care facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-hour flex role with every other weekend and holiday rotation. A flex premium of $5.00/hour adds to base pay, and a generous sign-on bonus is available for eligible staff. New grads are welcome to apply.

The RN will use the nursing process to deliver individualized care, collaborate with residents and families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and must be in good standing in the state where practice occurs.
• BSN degree is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/ACLS as applicable and hospital nursing competencies are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as assigned.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address care concerns.
