Job summary

Proforma Health Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging at Elmhurst Hospital on a per diem/PRN basis. The role offers a pay range of $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience, and is on-site in the diagnostic imaging department.

You will provide professional nursing care, support physicians during procedures, monitor patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Nursing, current Illinois RN licensure, ACLS, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
Current Illinois RN licensure required.
ACLS certification required.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care aligned with physician treatment plans to ensure quality patient care.
Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, administer medications, and monitor progress.
Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Support physicians during procedures and examinations.
Deliver excellent customer service by explaining procedures, reducing patient anxiety, and building trust.
Record observations, reactions, and follow-up actions accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team to meet unit goals.
