Job summary

Proforma Health Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging at Elmhurst Hospital on a per diem/PRN basis. The role offers a pay range of $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience, and is on-site in the diagnostic imaging department.

You will provide professional nursing care, support physicians during procedures, monitor patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Nursing, current Illinois RN licensure, ACLS, and strong

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care aligned with physician treatment plans to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher; Critical Care experience preferred
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction and leadership
• Ability to stand, walk, lift objects over 20 pounds, and assist with patient mobility
• Attention to detail in documentation and specimen analysis
