AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families to promote health and well-being.

The position requires an RN license, BLS, and an associate degree in nursing, with preferred Bachelor's degree. Weekend coverage may be needed; benefits begin from day one and include opportunities for career development

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida (Required)
• Associate's degree in Nursing (Required)
• BLS certification (Required)
• 1+ year acute care experience (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly reassess them.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and maintain documentation in the medical record.
