AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a licensed RN for a PRN Day shift to provide high-quality patient care. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 1+ year of acute care experience.
Formación
- Associates degree in nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Active RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct comprehensive assessments spanning physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, reassessing and revising as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence to care plans.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
